It’s been a great year — and it’s not over yet! We couldn’t be more thankful for our team, partners, and customers who have worked for us and with us towards our mission to help teams win the right security battles. If you haven’t yet discovered PlexTrac, the premier cybersecurity reporting and workflow management platform, be sure to check us out. You’ll be thankful you did! On to our top three blessings this Thanksgiving! 1. A Growing Team of Top Industry Professionals The PlexTrac team has been growing rapidly in 2021, so much so that we were able to open our new independent offices in Boise, Idaho. A Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting on November 16th, marked the occasion with local customers, employees, and the Boise business community. Not only was it awesome to celebrate a new home base, the event was a great reminder of how far we’ve come in a short time and of the first rate professionals who have joined our engineering, sales, product, success, and marketing teams to take PlexTrac to the next level. Read out press release about the new office here. 2. External Validation of Our Internal Security Program PlexTrac was proud to announce on November 18th that we are officially SOC 2 Type 2 certified! The certification is the most comprehensive within the Systems and Organization Controls audit process and a core benchmark for PlexTrac. SOC 2 Type 2 compliance is an external validation of PlexTrac’s commitment to holding its own systems to the highest standards of security. Read the full release here. 3. Positive Feedback from Amazing Customers Recently a third party talked to PlexTrac customers about their experience with the product to provide us anonymous feedback. We were overwhelmed by the great result users are having with the platform. We love learning that PlexTrac is making a tangible difference in the work cybersecurity teams do everyday. One customers said, “We track time really closely and did a number of head-to-heads across teams using PlexTrac and those not using it. We saw a 30% increase in efficiency. It’s no joke to have your teams get a third of their time back.” We are so thankful for the world-class organizations that use PlexTrac to make the world a safer place for everyone.
