Customer Referral Program

Terms and Conditions

• New Referrals Only: The program only applies to new, eligible referrals. The person you refer must not be a current or past customer and must not have already been referred by someone else. If the contact is already in our system (for example, they’ve already contacted us or attended a meeting in the past), they won’t count as a new referral for this program. Referrals of  multiple contacts from one company are not eligible for multiple rewards.
• Qualifying Meeting: The referred contact must complete a qualifying meeting with our team. This is typically an initial demo or sales meeting scheduled through our referral process. Canceled or no-show meetings do not qualify for the reward. 
• Referral Limit: To keep things fair, each customer can earn a maximum of 5 referral rewards per calendar year (for a total of up to $500 ). You are welcome to refer more than 5 people, but additional referrals beyond the limit in a year will not earn additional $100 rewards. (There is no limit to how many people you can refer overall, but only the first 5 referrals which qualify each year are eligible for rewards.)
• Referral Credit: If the same person is referred by multiple customers, only the first customer to make the referral is eligible for rewards. 
• No Self-Referrals: You cannot refer yourself, and you won’t receive a reward for referring your own work colleagues within the same company or organization. The spirit of the program is to introduce new external people to our services.
• Reward Distribution: Eligible rewards will typically be sent out within 10 business days after the completed meeting. Rewards may be delivered in the form of an electronic gift card. We will notify you by email with instructions on how to claim or use your reward.
• Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. This program cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, and participation is voluntary.
• Fair Play: Any attempts at fraudulent referrals or gaming the system (such as creating fake identities or referring people who you haven’t actually connected with) will result in disqualification from the program. We may void referrals or refuse rewards in our discretion. Our goal is to keep the program fair and rewarding for everyone.
• Legal Stuff: Referral program void where prohibited. Terms and conditions apply. We reserve the right to resolve ambiguities and disputes in our sole discretion. Referrals must be individuals who have expressly consented to the sharing of their data with us. Bulk or automated uploads of information are expressly prohibited.
